Welcome to Zego (\u201cplatform<\/strong>,\u201d \u201cwe<\/strong>,\u201d \u201cus<\/strong>,\u201d or \u201cour<\/strong>\u201d). These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms<\/strong>\u201d) govern your access to and use of the CRM+ platform, including any related websites, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the \u201cService<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.<\/p>

2. Eligibility<\/h2>

You must be the owner of your social media accounts and\u00a0legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using CRM+, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.<\/p>

3. Account Registration<\/h2>

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:<\/p>

  • Provide accurate and complete information<\/p><\/li>

    • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without authorization<\/p><\/li>

    • Upload malicious code or harmful content<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      5. Subscription & Payments<\/h2>

      Some features may require payment. By subscribing, you agree that:<\/p>

      • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law<\/p><\/li>

      • Prices may change with reasonable notice<\/p><\/li>

      • You are responsible for all applicable taxes<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.<\/p>

        6. Intellectual Property<\/h2>

        All rights, title, and interest in the Service\u2014including software, trademarks, logos, and content\u2014are owned by CRM+ or its licensors.<\/p>

        By using CRM+, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely to provide the Service.<\/p>

        You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights to the data you upload.<\/p>

        We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.<\/p>

        You may stop using the Service at any time.
        We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms or if required by law.<\/p>

        Upon termination, your access will end, and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policies.<\/p>

          Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the\u00a012 months preceding the claim<\/strong>.<\/p>

          You agree to indemnify and hold CRM+ harmless from claims arising out of:<\/p>

          • Your use of the Service<\/p><\/li>

          • Your violation of these Terms<\/p><\/li>

          • Your User Content<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
